Topic: General News HTML clipboard JANUARY 11, 2008 It seems like we started off the new year right. Our mirror site at www.drunkduck.com/akashik/ has gained a real regular reader base who seem to appreciate us. Silverkat (aka FAMINE) has begun lettering and the pages have really taken on a beautiful look to them. Oh, and when comes to the bonus picture page (under gallery)... we're almost to the page it's been hinting at! Soon I'll have to come up with a new preview page. WEEeeee....! We're also trying to get the money to get a table at Megacon in Orlando! We need $300. So far we've raised fifty cents. LOL... but anyway, consider voting for us if you can't afford to donate. Any and all support is appreciated.

Topic: General News HTML clipboard DECEMBER 28, 2007 Well, we've begun.... This Friday the 28th marks when we (hopefully) will regularly update twice a week. We're looking forward to telling you the story in such a way you'll get to see the ending before we're all dead of old age! We're also trying to raise money to go to mega-con! Okay so we won't have a table full of nice, shiny issues - but we'd have artists and artwork. Maybe even some original artwork! We'd think of something! Update Changes
Topic: Updates HTML clipboard DECEMBER 16, 2007 So, how would you guys like it if we updated twice a week instead of just on Sundays? Well, we're thinking and planning on it. This would of course mean that I, Death, would have to draw more pictures than ever... but when has that stopped anybody?? If you have any suggestions please be sure to drop us a line!

Topic: General News HTML clipboard We just did our first update in ages! WOOOO... we hope you enjoy the new page. We've also added a bonus comic: Chibispot. This will feature the misadventures of whatever 12 year old Halona Brooks happens to be inspired with as Akashik, Battle of Angels progresses. Well, whatever she's inspired with until we hand her a script anyway.

The Beginning

Also, we've taken down the original issue of Battle of Angels, renamed the comic, and have finally put the long-awaiting plan into the works! Why? Although Beloved can remain on the website so long as Rowen from VNV Nation does not rescind his permission, the *other* comic contained a few spoilers. We didn't want to ruin the story for you. Now now, we realize that there are those of you who *like* spoilers.. but there are also those of you who do not. However, do not despair. So long as life is kind and the main artiste of the Writers of the Apocalypse has a home, power, food, etc Akashik will now be updated once a week. And yes, we do hope to see this as a full-fledged anime someday. Questions? Email kausha@hotmail.com
